Is it safe to share my credit card information on the internet?
We use the highest standards of encryption software for internet security. If you still do not wish to submit your credit card information through our secure site, please e-mail your order to us with a list of item numbers, description, quantity desired, and prices. Please also include your phone number or a way for use to reach you so we can obtain your payment information. We recommend that you do not send your credit card number through regular e-mail, as it is not encrypted and may be viewed by a third party as it travels the internet.

What happens if an item I want is out of stock?
We do our best to ensure that the items on our site are in stock. But if you happen to order an item and it is out of stock we will promptly notify you. You may at that time have the option to reserve the item when a future shipment arrives. We will only charge your credit card for out of stock items once you inform us you wish to receive them and we finally ship them to you. Out of stock item processing is not currently available for International orders.
